Every As-Home number below comes from live listings on the platform, pulled on a single day and reported as it stands, then framed against dated 2026 market sources so you can see where our prices sit in the wider picture.

How much is a vacation rental in Hurghada per night?

Hurghada is the core of this index, with 30 of the 45 priced listings. According to As-Home's June 2026 data, the median Hurghada nightly base rate is 1,775 EGP, and most apartments fall between 1,000 and 3,000 EGP per night. The stock concentrates in Al Hadaba, Nour Plaza, the Intercontinental district, and Selena Bay, which is why the mid-market band is so well represented and the medians hold up.
