Ground-floor chalet with a private 120 m² garden and barbecue, set among four pools, steps from the aqua pools and the sea. Two air-conditioned bedrooms, a reception with a fan, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, gas cooker, washing machine, water heater, TV, cookware). Sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children (to age 10). Family-only village, no groups of young men, no pets. Minimum stay 3 nights. Free aqua park with 17 pools, golf carts, beach water games, a graded beach for safe entry, and lifeguards on every pool and the sea. Cafes, supermarket, and food spots inside and around the village. Six reserved pergola chairs included for the full stay. One-time fees (per booking, not per night) Owner administrative fee: 600 EGP, covering the 6 reserved beach chairs for the full rental. Village activation: car badge 100 EGP, entry form 150 EGP, wristband 20 EGP per person. Optional VIB wristband for the owners' beach: around 300 EGP per person.
