A first-floor chalet in Nice 1 village on the North Coast, sleeping up to 6 guests across 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, with the pool directly below the building, a very large second pool 5 minutes' walk at the village center, and the sea 10 minutes on foot. Beach and pool entry are free, with an umbrella and 4 chairs included. Daily life is unusually easy here: Fathalla supermarket and housewares inside the village, plus cafes and restaurants, with El Hammam town across the road for normally priced shopping. Village rules, read before booking: - Families only; max 6 per chalet. Guest IDs required after booking. - One-time fees: 1,000 EGP village services, 800 EGP cleaning at checkout, 1,000 EGP refundable deposit. Rental contract signed at the village office on arrival. - Check-in 1 PM, check-out 10 AM. Arrive by private car (taxis and microbuses can't enter). - Wristbands and the entry card must be worn/shown at gates, beach, and pools. - Bring your own bed linens and personal items. No pets; visitors need prior admin approval; proper swimwear required (burkini welcome).
