The owner puts Nice 1 at Km 64 on the Alexandria-Matrouh road, with a Fathalla supermarket and housewares shop, cafes and restaurants inside the village, and El Hammam town across the road. Village rules from the owner: up to 6 people per chalet, and guest IDs are needed after booking. A rental contract is signed at the village office on arrival, and one-time fees apply for village services and for cleaning at checkout, plus a security deposit, so ask for the current amounts. Arrive by private car, since taxis and microbuses cannot enter, and keep the wristbands and entry card on you at the gates, the beach and the pools. Bring your own bed linen and personal items.
