The whole villa is air conditioned, with electric water heaters throughout and a full kitchen equipped with everything a week of home cooking needs. Outside, a private pool sits in the garden for the long afternoons. The villa is entering the rental market for the first time, so nothing has been worn in by previous seasons. It hosts families only.
