Modern furniture, AC and TV in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen: built-in stove and oven, microwave, kettle, water heater, washing machine, and vacuum. Important, read before booking: Entry to Marassi requires Emaar's access process before arrival. It cannot be done at the gate. Once booking is confirmed, the host contacts you to arrange payment and registration. You send all guests' IDs (max 6) for security clearance and transfer the Emaar fee to the host, then receive the Emaar app link, your entry and beach pass. Emaar community fee: 10,900 EGP per week, one payment for all 6 guests, charged in full even for shorter stays and again per additional week. One-time fees: 500 EGP security clearance, 1,000 EGP housekeeping. These are Emaar charges, separate from the platform booking total.
