1-Bedroom Mesca Cabana, Soma Bay

About this property

This 69 m² one-bedroom cabana is in Mesca Edition, one of Somabay's residential neighbourhoods, on the ground floor. It is a ground-floor cabana in Mesca, the neighbourhood of the Mesca Beach Club, and the more affordable of the two Mesca cabana prices. Somabay is a self-contained resort peninsula on the Red Sea by Abu Soma Development, about 45 km south of Hurghada. It has its own championship golf course, a marina with restaurants and shops, the Spa & Thalasso, five international hotels (Kempinski, Robinson, Cascades, Sheraton and The Breakers), kitesurfing and diving centres, horse stables, a beach club, and two international schools, GEMS International School and Kompass. Everything day-to-day is inside the peninsula: beaches, dining, the marina, golf and schools. Hurghada and its international airport are about 45 minutes' drive north, and Safaga is a short drive south. It suits couples, remote workers who want a second base by the sea, and buyers building a rental income. It is offered with 5% down, a further 5% after three months and the balance in equal quarterly instalments over 8 years, or for 22,470,000 EGP in cash (30% off). As-home has checked the legal paperwork on this listing, and there is no brokerage commission and no hidden cost.
