Which units count as Lilly Apartments?

Other As-home listings give a similar "Lilly Homes, Al Hadaba" address but are not linked to the building, so they are left out here rather than assumed to be part of it. If you found a "Lilly" property elsewhere, check the address and the unit name before you compare prices.

From each unit's As-home listing on 7 November 2026. "Not specified" means the listing does not say: confirm before booking. Totals are As-home's quote for 13 to 16 December 2026 and include everything the quote charges; they change with dates. Quoting a price does not confirm that those nights are free.

Which unit fits which stay

By party size, using only the three units whose listing records a guest capacity:

• Two guests: the Standard Studio with Balcony (Unit 2), recorded for two, with a full kitchen and a balcony.
• Up to four: the Superior Two-Bedroom Apartment, recorded for four, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Its view tag says city view while its description mentions sea views, so ask.
• Up to five: the Superior 2-Bedroom Sea-View Apartment (Unit 2), recorded for five, two bedrooms and one bathroom, sea view.

By feature. For these units the listing does not state how many guests may stay, so confirm your group size with the host before booking; the bedroom count alone does not settle it:

• A separate bedroom, city view: the Standard 1-Bedroom Apartment, kitchen with oven, no balcony on its list.
• A sea view and a full kitchen: the 1-Bedroom Sea-View Unit (Unit 2), with a balcony and a sofa bed listed. Ask how much of the sea you will see.
• No cooking planned: the Family Unit Without Kitchen; the building lists a restaurant and a café. Its bedroom count is not confirmed.
• A sea-view suite: the Lovers Suite, 40 m², with a minibar and kettle but no kitchen equipment listed. Its bedroom count is not recorded. Compare its price with the sea-view one-bedroom.

If your first choice is not free

Three more Lilly units are close alternatives, but none has the same features as the units above, and none states a guest capacity:

• Standard Studio with Balcony: 35 m², smaller than Unit 2, capacity not stated.
• Standard Studio: 35 m², no balcony or oven listed.
• 1-Bedroom Sea-View Apartment: 50 m², sea view; a balcony is mentioned in the owner's text but not on the amenity list.

Sea view, partial or city view

Go by the unit's own listing, not by building photos. Four of the ten units tag a sea view; the rest tag a city view. None of the ten is labelled as a partial sea view; where a listing does not say how much sea you will see, ask. Photos of the building or of other units do not tell you what a specific unit looks at.

Pool, beach and extra fees

Every one of the ten listings includes "Pool" and "Private Beach Area" in its amenities, and the host gives the beach distance as 0.3 km. None says where the pool is, whether it is shared or heated, or what the beach arrangement is. Do not read a sea-view photo as private beachfront. Before you book, ask where the beach is, how you get there, and whether any fee applies. For our sample dates, As-home's quote added nothing on top of the nightly rates.

Where it is

The building is in Al Hadaba, Hurghada. The owner describes it as a short walk from Sheraton Road and its cafés and restaurants. Each unit page has a map; check it against the places you plan to go.

How to book the right unit

1. Open the exact unit from the table, not a search result with a similar name.
2. Enter your dates and the number of guests.
3. Read the total for your dates and the cancellation terms shown before you pay.
4. On 7 November all ten units could be booked directly with "Book now". Where a deposit option appears, the page shows how much is paid online and how much in cash at check-in.
