How the As‑home Affiliate Programme Works
How As‑home Partners works: who can apply, how links are credited, which bookings earn 3% of the eligible value, and how refunds and payouts are handled.

As-home Partners is As-home's affiliate programme. You apply, As-home reviews your application by hand, and if you are accepted you get a personal link to hotels and vacation homes on As-home. When someone books through your link, pays in full online and completes the stay, you earn a commission: under the current terms, 3% of the eligible booking value, which leaves out taxes, pass-through fees and refunded amounts. Deposit, pay-at-property and pay-at-hotel bookings do not earn. Joining is free, and nothing is paid for posts, clicks or sign-ups. Payouts are made manually each month once your available balance reaches EGP 500.
Who this guide is for. People whose friends, family groups, followers or communities ask them where to stay in Egypt: travel creators, people who organise group trips, and anyone who is already sharing hotel and holiday-home recommendations. It explains how the programme works under the published terms as we checked them on 15 October 2026. The programme terms are the binding version and can change.
If people already ask you for a hotel in Hurghada or a chalet for the family weekend, the programme lets you send them to a specific As-home listing with your own link, and earn a share of the booking if they stay. It does not pay for audience size, content or traffic. It pays only when a real guest completes a real stay that qualifies.
How the programme works, step by step
1. Apply
You need an As-home account in your own name and you must be at least 18. Applying is free. The form asks how you would share As-home. There is no minimum number of followers; sharing with friends and family counts. As-home reviews every application by hand and may accept or decline it, so approval is not automatic.
2. Share your link
Once you are approved, you get a personal link. You can share a link to As-home generally or to a particular hotel or vacation home, on WhatsApp, on social media or wherever you talk about travel. Use the links As-home gives you as they are; the terms do not allow altering them or sending people through misleading redirects.
3. A guest books and stays
A booking is credited to you when the guest's last affiliate link before booking was yours, within 30 days. If the guest arrived through an As-home guest-referral link instead, the booking belongs to that programme. One booking never earns two rewards.
4. The commission becomes available, then paid
The commission is first pending. It becomes available only after the stay has been completed and a review period has passed, and only if the booking was paid in full online and was not cancelled, refunded or disputed. As-home pays available commissions manually each month once your available balance reaches EGP 500. Smaller balances carry forward to the next month. As-home may ask you to confirm your identity and payout details before paying.
How much you earn on a booking
The current default rate is 3% of the eligible booking value. It is not 3% of everything the guest pays, and not 3% of what As-home earns. The eligible value leaves out taxes, pass-through fees such as a property's management fee or a hotel's service charge, and any amount that is cancelled or refunded. The total the guest pays is therefore usually higher than the value the commission is calculated on.
| What happens | Eligible booking value | Your commission at 3% |
|---|---|---|
| The guest completes the stay with no refund | EGP 10,000 | EGP 300 |
| Part of the booking is refunded (EGP 4,000) | EGP 6,000 | EGP 180 |
| The booking is cancelled and fully refunded | EGP 0 | EGP 0 |
Illustrative figures only, for a booking paid in full online, at the rate in the published terms as checked on 15 October 2026. Each commission keeps the rate that applied when it was created; a later rate change does not move it.
If a refund happens after a commission has already been paid, the difference is taken from your later balance rather than ignored. Earnings depend entirely on real bookings, and there is no guaranteed income.
Which bookings qualify, and which do not
| Earns commission | Does not earn commission |
|---|---|
| Hotel and vacation-home bookings on As-home made through your link | Property for sale or long-term rent |
| Bookings paid in full online | Deposit bookings, and bookings paid at the property or at the hotel |
| Stays that are completed and pass the review period | Cancelled, refunded or disputed amounts |
| Guests who are genuinely other people | Your own bookings, bookings by anyone sharing your identity, and bookings of listings you own or manage |
| Content, posts, videos, clicks, impressions, sign-ups, enquiries or leads |
What your partner dashboard shows
Approved partners have a dashboard in their As-home account. It shows your link, the number of clicks and bookings, your pending, available and paid totals, and a list of your commissions: the booking reference, the listing, the dates, the status, the estimated and final commission and when it becomes available. It also lists your payouts.
It does not show who booked. Partners never receive guests' names, phone numbers or email addresses, so you will see that a booking happened, not who made it.
Sharing responsibly
The programme only works if the people you send trust what you tell them. The terms set out a few rules, and they are also good practice:
- Say that you may earn a commission when you share your link.
- Describe places truthfully. Recommend what you know, and send people to the listing for prices, dates and policies.
- Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not present yourself as As-home, and do not buy ads on As-home's brand name.
- Do not create fake clicks or accounts, or book through your own link.
Breaking these rules can lead to commissions being reversed or to removal from the programme.
Read the terms, then apply
The programme page sets out the essentials and links to the full terms. Applying takes a few minutes once you are signed in, and every application is reviewed by a person.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a large following to join?
No. There is no minimum number of followers, and sharing with friends and family counts. As-home reviews each application and may accept or decline it.
Do I get paid for posts or videos about As-home?
No. The programme pays only on eligible bookings that complete. Content, views, clicks, sign-ups and enquiries do not earn anything on their own.
Can I earn on property sales or long-term rentals?
No. The programme covers hotels and vacation homes only.
What if a friend books with someone else's referral link?
The booking goes to the last affiliate link the guest used within 30 days before booking. If they used an As-home guest-referral link, the booking belongs to the referral programme and does not also earn an affiliate commission.
Can I see who booked through my link?
No. You see the booking, listing, dates and commission status, but never the guest's personal details.
Who do I contact with a question about my commission?
The contact address is given in the programme terms.
