As-home Partner Programme terms
Programme terms — version 2026-09.
These terms explain how the As-home Partner (affiliate) programme works. By applying you agree to them.
1. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old and hold an As-home account in your own name. Joining is free. As-home reviews every application and may accept or decline it at its discretion.
2. How you earn
You earn a commission only on eligible bookings of As-home hotels and vacation homes made through your affiliate link. The current default rate is 3% of the eligible booking value. Eligible booking value excludes taxes, pass-through fees (such as a property's management fee or a hotel's service charge) and any amount that is cancelled or refunded.
3. What does not earn
There is no payment for content, posts, videos, clicks, impressions, sign-ups, enquiries or leads. Bookings you or anyone sharing your identity make, and bookings of listings you own or manage, never earn a commission. Deposit, pay-at-property and pay-at-hotel bookings are not eligible at this stage.
4. When a commission counts
A commission becomes available only after the stay has been completed and a review period has passed, and only if the booking was paid in full online and was not cancelled, refunded or disputed. If a refund happens later, the commission is reduced accordingly, including after a payout.
5. Attribution
A booking is credited to the last affiliate link the guest used within 30 days before booking. A guest who arrives through an As-home guest-referral link is credited to that programme instead; one booking never earns two rewards.
6. Payouts
As-home reviews and pays available commissions manually each month, once your available balance reaches EGP 500. Balances below that, or reduced by later refunds, carry forward. As-home may ask you to confirm your identity and payout details before paying.
7. Honest promotion
Promote As-home truthfully. Do not invent or misstate prices, discounts, availability, amenities or reviews. Tell people that you may earn a commission when they book through your link.
8. What is not allowed
No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging. Do not impersonate As-home, its staff or its hosts, or use As-home's name or logo in a way that suggests you are As-home. Do not buy ads on As-home's brand name, use misleading redirects, fake clicks, fake accounts or any other way to manipulate attribution or commissions.
9. Your links
Use only the links As-home gives you. Do not alter them or hide where they lead.
10. Rates and changes
As-home may change the commission rate or these terms for the future. A change never alters a commission already recorded for an existing booking: each commission keeps the rate that applied when it was created.
11. Review, suspension and ending
As-home may investigate unusual activity, suspend an affiliate account while it reviews it, withhold or reverse commissions that do not meet these terms, or end the programme or an individual participation. While an account is suspended, its history stays visible but new links and sharing are paused.
12. Privacy
You will never receive the personal details of guests who book through your links. You will see only the booking reference, the listing, the stay dates and your commission. Handle any personal data you collect yourself lawfully.
13. Relationship
Participation does not make you an employee, agent or representative of As-home. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
