Soave Residence, marketed by its developer TRE (Al Tahrir Real Estate) as Soave Resort, is a residential resort in the heart of Hurghada's Touristic Promenade (the Mamsha), with direct access to both the promenade and Airport Road, a few minutes from Hurghada International Airport. The developer's renders show apartment buildings around a long landscaped pool with sun decks and a pool bar, and shops along the street front. TRE's price list of October 2026 has 107 available units in Buildings B, C and E: studios of 53–54 m², one-bedroom apartments of 68–71 m², two-bedroom apartments of 91–105 m² and a 215 m² duplex, with pool, side-pool, street or Airport Road views. Units are sold with 25% down and the balance over 3 years in quarterly or monthly instalments; the list also gives cash prices, and a 10% maintenance deposit applies. According to the developer's April 2026 summary, finishing is ultra super lux, handover is scheduled for June 2028 and sales are on a green contract. As-home lists Soave units with no commission.
