Al Dau Strand is Al Dau Development's beachfront resort in Hurghada, designed by Simon Halstead & Associates, on the Red Sea shore at the start of the tourist promenade, near Al Dau Heights, Al Dau Village Mall and the marina. The developer's renders show white low-rise buildings around lagoon-style pools that run down to a sandy beach. Al Dau Development is part of Sami Saad Holding; published project descriptions also mention a beach club, a gym and 24-hour security. Al Dau Development's availability sheet of 28 October 2026 lists one-bedroom apartments of 80.63 to 102 m² and two-bedroom apartments of 82.88 to 173 m² in Blocks K, L, M, O, P and Q, with pool, sea-side, side and city views, priced from EGP 10,073,000.
