Riva Beachfront District is a mixed-use beachfront community by EIT Spaces (Egyptian International Tourism Developments with Spaces Developments), set between Hurghada's pedestrian Mamsha and the Red Sea. According to the developer's catalogue it has 250 m of private sandy beach, around 12,000 m² of swimmable natural lagoons woven through the community, resort-style pools, underground parking and 24/7 security with on-site property management. A commercial strip of cafés, restaurants, shops and wellness spaces connects directly to the Mamsha, alongside a boutique hotel, serviced apartments, a beach restaurant, a diving centre and marina access for island trips. The developer puts it 10 minutes from Hurghada International Airport, Hurghada Marina and Senzo Mall, 25 minutes from Sahl Hasheesh, 30 from El Gouna and 35 from Soma Bay. Homes are delivered fully finished. Unit types: studios of 40–65 m², one-bedroom apartments of 60–93 m², two-bedroom apartments of 125 m², three-bedroom apartments of 142 m², one-bedroom duplexes of 96–109 m² and two-bedroom duplexes of 126–138 m².
