Site photoONE7 Residence (marketed by the developer as ONE7 Residences) is a low-rise residential compound by Kronberg Developments at Km 17 of Village Road in Hurghada, the road that links Hurghada with Sahl Hasheesh; the name comes from the kilometre marker. According to Kronberg's project page, the compound is planned around a cluster lagoon and water channels and is made up of 200 Signature Residences, 65 Garden Residences with private gardens, 15 Private Pool Residences with a private pool and garden, and 12 Standalone Villas. The developer describes a wellness and fitness area, children's areas, swimming pools and sun decks along the lagoon, smart parking and The Promenade, an on-site strip mall with shops, cafés and restaurants. Kronberg states that every residence is delivered fully finished and publishes construction progress photos and drone footage from the site, which show the apartment buildings at structure and brickwork stage. Kronberg's inventory sheet dated 8 October 2026 lists 19 available apartments in the Mira 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 buildings: one-bedroom units of 83–85 m² (including open-kitchen layouts and ground-floor units with gardens), two-bedroom ground-floor units of 105–110 m² with gardens, three-bedroom units of 134–160 m² (two of them on the ground floor with a garden and a 32 m² private pool), a three-bedroom penthouse of 150 m² with a 50 m² roof and a four-bedroom penthouse of 255 m² with a 45 m² roof. The sheet does not include payment terms or a delivery date; As-Home's ONE7 listings are offered with instalments over up to 6 years, and the down payment and handover date are confirmed with the developer.
