La Gouna Resort is a residential resort by ATA Developments in the Al Ahyaa district of north Hurghada, in three buildings (A, B and C) of a ground floor and four upper floors. The developer's renders show curved, glass-fronted buildings with balconies, a pool and cafés and shops on the ground floor; depending on the unit, views face the pool, the sea, the mountains or the street. ATA also develops the neighbouring Belkan resort in Al Ahyaa. ATA's October 2026 price list has 323 available units: studios of 40–60 m² (some on the ground floor with private gardens), one-bedroom apartments of 50–87 m² and two-bedroom apartments of 90 m², from about EGP 1.8 million. The list gives no payment plan or delivery date; ask us for the current terms. As-home lists La Gouna Resort units with no commission.
