ICONIC Resort is a residential resort by Emperor Developments in the El Hadaba district of Hurghada on the Red Sea. The developer's renders show low-rise apartment buildings arranged around a landscaped central courtyard with a chain of connected swimming pools, timber decks and loungers, with a street-facing frontage and a planted entrance walkway carrying the ICONIC Resort sign. Earlier sales material for the project (as quoted on As-Home's January 2026 listings) lists a swimming pool for all ages, a gym and spa, underground parking with 24-hour security, a reception hall, central satellite TV, property and facility management and an on-site commercial area, and describes the apartments as finished. The developer's availability sheet updated on 23 October 2026 lists 75 units on its availability tab, of which 63 carry a price: one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments of about 62 to 176 m² on the first to fourth floors. Units on side A face the street (some with mountain views, a few onto the main street) and are priced at EGP 55,000 per m²; units on side B overlook the pools and are priced at EGP 60,000 per m². List prices run from EGP 3,720,000 to EGP 9,680,000. Twelve fourth-floor units on side A appear without a price and are not offered here. The sheet does not include a payment plan or a handover date; the January 2026 material quoted 20% down with the balance over four years or a 25% discount for cash, and handover expected in December 2026. These terms should be confirmed with the developer.
