Hurghada Heights is a residential resort by Al Arabia Development, the developer of Athena Beach Resort in Al Ahyaa, on the Hurghada Tourist Promenade (El Mamsha). The developer's price list (received 24 October 2026) covers five buildings with ground to fourth floors, made up of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Outside Building 3, available units range from 28 m² studios to 88 m² two-bedroom apartments, all listed with pool views. Prices are set in euros, and the list also gives an EGP price that can move with the exchange rate. The marketing renders show landscaped pools running between the buildings, a rooftop pool, a central plaza and shops at street level, with balconies facing the pools or the sea. The price list does not include a payment plan, maintenance fee or delivery date. Broker listings mention instalment plans and handover in 2027, but these are not confirmed by the developer in the material held, so buyers should ask for the current plan and handover schedule.
