Bella Bay Beach Resort & Spa is a hotel-style residential resort by ATA Developments on the Mamsha in Hurghada, next to the Marine Sports Club, with a private beach, several pools, a children's water park, a gym, a café and restaurant, a 24-hour shop and 24-hour security and reception. According to the developer's April 2026 project summary, finishing is ultra super lux, delivery is planned for 2027 and sales are on a green contract; the plans given then were 20% down over 4 years or 30% down over 5 years, with a 10% maintenance deposit. ATA's recent contracts for other Bella Bay units show larger down payments with quarterly instalments, so ask us for the current terms. ATA's availability sheet of 9 October 2026 lists one available unit, C102, a 110 m² one-bedroom apartment with a sea view on the first floor of Building C, at EGP 9,460,000.
