Venecia Red Sea is a resort community on Sahl Hasheesh Road in Hurghada, opposite Jasmine Palace Resort, developed by Moamen Romany Development with Aboud Group. According to the project's official website, it covers about 207,000 m² with 480 standalone villas, twin homes, town homes and chalets, and leaves about 80% of the land as green and open space. The developer gives the location as about 10 minutes from Hurghada International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Hurghada. The developer lists swimming pools and lagoons, a 9,500 m² aqua park that it describes as the largest in the area, a clubhouse, health clubs and gyms with a spa, a kids area, a commercial area with a hypermarket, restaurants and cafés, smart gates with garages and 24/7 security, and mentions access to a private beach. In a recent site update the developer says construction of Phase One has passed 90% and invites buyers to inspect units on site. The developer's October 2026 price list prices residential units by type and view rather than by unit number: studios of 55 m² (ground floor) and 61 m², corner apartments of 86 m² and middle apartments of 80 m², with pool, aqua & sea, or villas views, at EGP 65,000–70,000 per m²; several other apartment sizes are marked sold out. Villas on the list are the New Town Villa (210 m² plus 66 m² garden and 78.5 m² roof), twin villas and corner twin homes (254 m² plus 78 m² garden and 96.5 m² roof) and standalone villas (360 m² plus 138 m² garden and 137 m² roof); the two town home models are sold out. The website advertises a 10% down payment with instalments over up to 6 years and discounts of up to 33% for cash; an earlier post offers villas at 10% down over 5 years, 20% over 6 years or 30% over 7 years.
