Mark Resort is a residential resort by Al Arabia Development, the developer of Athena Beach Resort in Al Ahyaa. It is on Airport Road in the El Kawther district of Hurghada, across the road from the Tourist Promenade (El Mamsha) and Pickalbatros Blu Spa. According to the developer's price lists (received 24 October 2026), the project has six residential buildings with first to fourth floors plus a pool-level ground floor in blocks A, B and C. Units are studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from 30 m² to 150 m², with views over the pool, the Mamsha, or Airport Road. The lists price units in euros and also give an EGP price; the EGP figure can move with the exchange rate. The developer's photos from October 2026 show the buildings finished around the main pool, with sun loungers set in the water and parasols on the deck. Marketing renders show further pools including a kids' water-play pool, a rooftop terrace and shops along the road frontage. The developer's pool-level price sheet gives two payment plans: for studios and one-bedroom units 25% down with the balance over 36 months, or 35% down over 44 months; for two- and three-bedroom units 20% down over 36 months, or 30% down over 44 months. The price lists do not give a delivery date; broker listings mention phased handover from December 2026, which the developer has not confirmed in the material held.
