Scandic Resort is a completed seafront resort by Egyptian International Tourism Developments (EIT) in the Arabia District of Hurghada. White residential blocks surround several swimming pools, and the resort has its own sandy beach with a jetty into the Red Sea. The developer's price list of 28 October 2026 offers studios of 52 to 81 m², one-bedroom apartments of 75 to 103 m², two-bedroom apartments of 111 to 128 m² and two-bedroom penthouses of 133 to 168 m². Views range from city and landscape to side sea and sea front. Studios and one-bedroom units are sold with 30% down and the balance over 3 years (20% discount for cash); two-bedroom units with 20% down over 4 years (25% cash discount), with quarterly instalments. According to the developer, units are delivered within 3 months of signing the contract. As-home lists Scandic Resort units with no commission.
