Florenza Khamsin is a residential resort by Egyptian International Tourism Developments (EIT) in the Arabia District of Hurghada, on the Red Sea coast north of the city centre. Its apartment buildings are arranged around landscaped courtyards with large swimming pools, and some units face El Salam Street. EIT also built the neighbouring Scandic Resort in the same district. The developer's price list of 28 October 2026 offers studios of 33.8 to 59.8 m², one-bedroom apartments of 59.41 to 95.72 m² and two-bedroom apartments of 99.48 to 110.8 m², with views over El Salam Street, the landscaping or the pools. Studios are sold with 50% down and the balance over 2 years (10% discount for cash), one-bedroom units with 30% down over 3 years (20% cash discount) and two-bedroom units with 20% down over 4 years (25% cash discount), with quarterly instalments. According to the developer, units are delivered within 2 months of signing the contract, and units in Building O on 30 April 2027. As-home lists Florenza Khamsin units with no commission.
