Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare il front Office manager sig.Mohameh Bassem per la sua disponibilità ,gentilezza e professionalità, sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.e anche il suo team specialmente Christina. Un ringraziamento speciale anche all’addetto alle pulizie Mina che ha svolto il suo lavoro con grande cura e attenzione. La camera era sempre pulita e ordinata. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per l’accoglienza e il servizio specialmente a Assem bar beach e a Mohamed al bar pool È stata un’esperienza molto positiva e tornerò sicuramente con piacere!

Ottimo soggiorno, hotel consigliato! La camera era sempre impeccabile e tutto veniva sistemato con grande attenzione. Un grazie di cuore all’addetto alle pulizie Hany, una persona davvero gentile e disponibile. Il suo lavoro ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
